Job Summary

  • To effectively manage a sales Team and achieve financial and non-financial targets and successfully meet the customers expectations.
  • Execute Sales Plans and provide leadership to assigned sales team.
  • Monitor the team Sales target daily and take corrective actions in case of any shortfall.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage a team of outdoor Sales Advisors and lead them from the front. Execute the sales plan and monitor the results and take corrective actions.
  • upgrades.
  • Present the banking products/ services to potential clients.
  • Look for business opportunities within companies portfolio and recommend actions to Sales Manager
  • Responsible to drive the cross sell/ upsell activities and achieve the assigned sales targets. Also, responsible to drive the various customers calling programs.
  • Ensure quality control as per given guidelines.
  • Manage the relationships with assigned CB@Work and non-CB@Work companies and their employees. Ensure they are provided the quality banking services at their doorstep.
  • Hold and manage the outdoor sales activities like micro marketing event on the premises of a company etc. Manage the DSA outdoor sales activities like clients meeting, visit reports, etc.

Other Accountabilities

  • Monitor the team performance and ensure the assigned daily/ weekly/ monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • Act as a coach of the team and train them on products, policies, procedures, quality standards and selling skills. Conduct periodically the product/ policy knowledge tests and train them. Ensure team is fully motivated.
  • Monitor and ensure tasks are completed as per given SOP, policies, circulars, SLA and management instructions. Assist the team members in carrying out their tasks and provide them necessary guidance and support.
  • Provide Management with regular feedback on markets developments, trends, and competitors.
  • Handle internal & external queries in a timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relationship with all the business partners / units.
  • Responsible for the achievement of assigned financial/ non-financial sales targets. For example, salaries accounts, credit cards, personal loans, vehicle loans, insurance products, new company listing, company upgrade etc.
  • Look for new business opportunities and list the companies under Approved Company List of the bank. Also monitor the listed companies performance and recommend the qualifying companies.

Required Qualifications:

Relevant business degree.

Required Experience

Well knowledgeable about all banking products. A proven track record of sales management or team leader
