Job Summary
The Sales Officer plays a vital role in driving real estate sales by building a robust broker network, generating leads, and managing client relationships. This position directly supports revenue growth and brand expansion in the ultra-luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities
· Broker's approach and increase broker's network in the UAE and internationally.
· Generate leads through networking and broker companies.
· Conduct engaging product presentations.
· Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, ensuring a win-win situation for clients and the company.
· Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
· Maintain communication with clients throughout the purchasing process and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
· Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience with top real estate developers in UAE.
· Strong sales background.
· Strong network within real estate brokers in Dubai.
· In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
· Experience in working with UHNWI and HNWI.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
