To improve sales efficiency and operational control in [Egypt], we are hiring a Sales Operation Specialist to support internal sales processes and performance tracking.

3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales data tracking and reporting
  • Monitor order processing and delivery coordination
  • Support pricing, rebate and promotion policies execution
  • Coordinate between sales, finance and logistics teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • 25 years of sales operations or commercial support experience
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel / ERP proficiency)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Fluent in English and local language
