Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Elsheikh Zayed. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for streamlining sales operations, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and managing customer relationships to enhance the sales process. The role also includes collaborating with different departments to optimize workflows, supporting the sales team with data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with an ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and maintain excellent client relationships
• Solid knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations with the capability to provide strategic support to the sales team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
