Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact between our sales team and clients. This role is essential in coordinating sales activities, managing customer follow-ups, and supporting the smooth execution of daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients and ensure timely and professional responses to their inquiries.
Handle and reply to emails regularly in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate between clients and the sales department regarding offers, orders, and updates.
Arrange and organize meetings, appointments, and interviews related to sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Support the sales team in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth and effective communication between all parties involved in the sales process.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
Previous experience in Sales.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
