Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support and drive sales activities for our diesel generator rental business. This role focuses on coordination, quotations, customer follow-ups, and operational sales support, ensuring smooth conversion from inquiry to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming rental inquiries and coordinate with technical & operations teams
- Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and proposals
- Follow up with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate delivery schedules, documentation, and mobilization
- Maintain CRM and sales records
- Support key accounts and long-term rental contracts
- Assist management in sales reporting and forecasting
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in equipment rental, power solutions, or industrial sales support
- Understanding of diesel generator rental market is highly preferred
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- UAE market experience preferred
