Job Description

The Sales Operations Executive supports the sales function by managing operational workflows, documentation, systems, and reporting across assigned real estate projects. The role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, accuracy of records, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end sales operations workflows from initial customer interest to agreement execution
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of sales data, inventory, and transactions within CRM systems
  • Support project launches by setting up operational requirements and ensuring readiness

Documentation Management

  • Oversee preparation, verification, and management of all sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate signing, approvals, amendments, cancellations, and refunds in line with company policies
  • Ensure proper organization and availability of customer and transaction records

CRM & Systems

  • Operate and continuously improve CRM usage for operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement updates, enhancements, and process improvements
  • Support adoption of systems and tools across stakeholders

Collections & Compliance Support

  • Track payment milestones and highlight exceptions or delays to relevant stakeholders
  • Support compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and project guidelines

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports for management review
  • Track sales performance, inventory movement, and intermediary activity
  • Support commission and incentive-related reporting

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Finance, Marketing, MIS, Strategy, and external partners
  • Address operational queries and support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner

Project Ownership & Workload Management

  • Independently manage assigned projects and related operational responsibilities
  • Ensure continuity of work through proper documentation and handover as required

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of sales operations and documentation processes
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or similar roles preferred.
