Job Description

iSchool is looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and improving overall efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM management, and performance tracking within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system
  • Sales Support: Help sales representatives with lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights
  • Process Optimization: Support the development of efficient sales workflows and automation
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on sales metrics and team performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
  • Market Research: Assist in competitor analysis and industry trend tracking

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data visualization tools
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and present insights
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and performance metrics
  • Passion for EdTech and digital marketing
