iSchool is looking for a
Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and improving overall efficiency. This internship provides hands-on experience in
sales operations, CRM management, and performance tracking within the
EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system
- Sales Support: Help sales representatives with lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and performance insights
- Process Optimization: Support the development of efficient sales workflows and automation
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on sales metrics and team performance
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
- Market Research: Assist in competitor analysis and industry trend tracking
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data visualization tools
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and present insights
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and performance metrics
- Passion for EdTech and digital marketing
