We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who can support the sales team from an operations and process perspective not by following up randomly, but by building discipline, accuracy, reporting clarity, and smooth coordination across the business.
What you'll own
- Maintain high data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems
- Support the full sales cycle operationally: quotations, sales orders, order tracking, delivery follow-up, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, pipeline reports, forecasting files, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Track open quotations, pending orders, backorders, ETA updates, and fulfillment status
- Help enforce sales process discipline, documentation standards, and proper system usage
- Support pricing updates, approvals, and commercial data organization
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase speed, visibility, and accuracy
- Ensure all records, reports, and transactions are handled with strong attention to detail and professionalism
What we're looking for
- 36 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or Commercial Operations
- Experience in a B2B distribution company is strongly preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Odoo experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw sales data into useful insights
- Excellent organizational skills and very high attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Strong plus
- Experience in IT distribution, electrical distribution, ELV, security, networking, or project-based B2B environments
- Experience building or improving internal reports, dashboards, and sales processes
- Confidence working with large data sets, order status tracking, and commercial documentation
