Job Overview:
The role supports the development and execution of sales partnerships across real estate and selected non-real-estate channels. It contributes to partner coordination, sales activation, and day-to-day partnership activities to support sales objectives in the Saudi market, with exposure to regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination of real estate brokers and sales partners.
- Maintain regular communication with partners on projects, pricing updates, availability, and sales campaigns.
- Support partner relationship activities and escalate issues or opportunities when required.
- Assist in activating sales partners through onboarding coordination, training sessions, and distribution of sales materials.
- Support the planning and execution of broker events, roadshows, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Coordinate joint sales initiatives in collaboration with internal Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support partners during active sales cycles, including lead follow-up and internal coordination.
- Assist in tracking leads, reservations, and deal progress with Sales teams.
- Support issue resolution related to documentation, pricing clarifications, and partner queries.
- Assist in supporting corporate, institutional, and bulk sales opportunities (B2B/B2G).
- Support coordination with corporate clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing basic sales and partnership documentation in coordination with Commercial and Legal teams.
- Maintain updated records of partner activity, leads, and sales contributions.
- Support preparation of partnership performance reports and dashboards.
- Assist in tracking partnership-related budgets, events, and expenses.
- Act as a coordination point between sales partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial.
- Ensure partnership activities comply with internal policies, commercial guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company professionally in partner interactions and market engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–6 years experience in real estate sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience working with brokers or sales partners is an advantage.
