Main tasks:
1- Planning
- Handle the Headquarter Planning systems (ISP4D) including the circulation of confirmed production program updates to ordering and distribution colleagues.
- Work closely with sales operations management to ensure a proper and meaningful KUFRI planning to meet retail sales, wholesale and stock reach requirements, etc.
- Work closely with product management to reflect / consider product launch dates etc. in the monthly planning
- Provide timely the aligned KUFRI planning to HQ on a monthly basis.
- Presentation of the planning (Kufri, etc.) for approval to the BoM/Sales Committee prior to the submission
- Conduct planning for current and upcoming years for all type classes (OP, MAD, etc.)
- Conduct planning for retail, group sales and production requirements
2- Reporting
- Create and maintain an automated (online & offline) reporting system on all sales related KPIs including Dealer Dash Board, etc.
- Ensure timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and yearly actuals, trends and targets to MBEG stakeholders and headquarter (including Drift, MAPIS online, etc.).
- Responsible for preparation
3- SWT
- Ensure a smooth and continuous development and support on all Sales & Marketing relevant topics in SWT.
4- Top Management Support
- Prepare various reports and presentations to management on operations, planning, projects and policies.
5- Compliance
- Ensure that all systems, transaction & process are according to the Global Compliance Standards
Qualifications:
1- Training and qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management from a reputable university
