We are looking for the Sales Process Specialist who will support ULS sales professionals in administrative tasks, including: quote generation, order processing and booking, pre- and post-sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to ULS customers via email, online inquiries or phone calls to address questions and provide appropriate support.
  • Promotes UL Solutions services and encourages potential clients to partner with us.
  • Collaborates with our Engineers and Laboratory teams in pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting safety requirements.
  • Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related tasks.
  • Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Sales Executives, Engineers, Laboratory Technicians etc.) when needed.
  • Proactively engages other teams to anticipate problems, improve delivery and develop solutions that improve customer experience.
  • Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.
  • Ensures that the follow-ups with customers are scheduled and supports the process of turning quotes into orders.

Qualifications

  • High School/Technical School diploma.
  • Working experience in sales-related roles, preferably sales, sales support, technical sales etc.
  • Strong command of English language due to an international environment.
  • Advanced in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.
  • A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
  • Sales experience would be nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software would be an advantage.

Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland the annual salary range for this position is 79,400-105,800 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 20% of base salary. You'll also enjoy annual paid leave, access to our ULS University to support continuous learning and career growth, two volunteering days each year to participate in community activities, and flexible working arrangements designed to help you balance work and life.
