About the role

We are looking for a professional Sales Promoter to offer personalized services to our customers. The Sales Promoter's responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients needs and informing customers about product details, like the ingredients, olfactive pyramid and prices.

To be successful in this role, you must be customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of Fragrances. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales targets while promoting our products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, provide excellent customer service
• Introduce and explain the Brands, the collections and ranges, distribute the samples
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate
• Identify customers needs and recommend products based on their preferences and tastes
• Ensure proper presentation and merchandising of products
• Replenish products to maintain stock
• Prepare Sales Reports

Role - Specific Skills:

• Extensive knowledge in Fragrances
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Desired Background and Experience:

• Min 3 years prior experience in sales (perfumes and cosmetics a plus)
• Customer service experience in retail stores
• Language skills: English and Arabic mandatory
