About the Job

The Sales Quality Assurance Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that client interactions, sales processes, and sales events comply with internal policies, ethical standards, and data protection regulations. This role involves auditing in-person and virtual client meetings through CCTV and recorded platforms, ensuring telesales quality and compliance, managing crowd control within sales offices, supporting the execution and oversight of sales events, and acting as a first-line observer in whistleblowing matters. The officer will document observations, raise flags on misconduct, ensure professional conduct at events and in-office, and collaborate closely with the QA Manager to maintain a transparent, safe, and high-performing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Interaction Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Review in-person and online sales meetings using CCTV and call recordings.
  • Evaluate telesales and client-facing interactions based on defined quality assurance parameters.
  • Document deviations from scripts, policy violations, and unethical conduct.

2. CCTV and Virtual Meeting Review

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled reviews of CCTV footage across sales offices and meeting rooms.
  • Monitor virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.) for compliance with sales procedures and data handling protocols.
  • Identify and report red flags, inappropriate client handling, or protocol breaches.

3. Reporting, Documentation & Escalation

  • Maintain detailed audit logs, summaries of QA findings, and compliance issues.
  • Submit timely reports to the QA Manager with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support the documentation of corrective actions and follow-up outcomes

4. Office Floor Monitoring & Crowd Control

  • Act as an on-ground compliance presence in the sales office to ensure a controlled, professional environment.
  • Monitor reception, waiting areas, and client walk-in zones for overcrowding or disorderly conduct.
  • Support the operations team in managing visitor flow and ensuring respectful conduct by all staff and clients.

5. Whistleblowing & Incident Reporting

  • Act as the first point of internal observation for unethical or non-compliant behaviours.
  • Promptly and confidentially report violations, fraud, harassment, or misconduct observed during audits or in-office presence.
  • Uphold the company's whistleblower protection protocols and ensure anonymity and fairness.

6. Sales Event Oversight & Management

  • Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of internal and external sales events to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor staff, partners, and visitor behaviour during sales events, ensuring adherence to company values, ethical conduct, and branding guidelines.
  • Report any misconduct or lapses in quality, crowd control, or professionalism observed during the event.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders (sales agents, brokers, event staff, vendors) meet expected behavioural, operational, and compliance standards during sales activations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and quality assurance standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate, and audit sales calls/interactions
  • Strong communication and feedback delivery skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Sales QA, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Must Be experience in Real Estate industry
