Job Description
The VP leads the strategic direction and governance of the sales quality assurance program. This includes designing the overall framework, ensuring regulatory alignment, and providing oversight of execution activities. The VP acts as a key liaison with senior stakeholders and drives continuous improvement across sales quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the enterprise-wide sales quality assurance framework, including sampling methodology, review criteria, and escalation protocols.
- Provide strategic oversight of quality review execution to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze quality review outcomes to identify systemic risks, emerging trends, and areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with Compliance, BRCM, and senior business leaders to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead governance forums and present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the development of training and guidance materials to support consistent application of quality standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality assurance results and drive follow-up actions.
