The sales Reporting Officer's main responsibility is to support the sales team by generating the relevant different reports through Sales Force helping management to have accurate insights
- Monitor opportunities stages and plan through the Sales force.
- Distribute and reallocate Target for All team with Sales Director as well monitor the achievement
- Update Salesforce with All contracts .
- Send weekly reports with achievement and forecast revenue till the end of the year.
- Track and report Lost business/opportunities , pricing analysis.
- Revising commission calculation claims.
- Monitor Sales activity performance and data quality on sales force
- Prepare PI tracker report.
- Prepare reports by service line or Sales team
Min Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Reporting experience in a professional office environment with a minimum of two years progressive relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal in English), and analytical skills.
- Sales Force experience is a must
- Attention to details with ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems/crises.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Being proactive and motivated.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer and software applications is required
