We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join Arab Land Trading LLC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and growing existing accounts across the UAE. The role combines proactive sales generation with relationship management to drive business growth in the pet food and supplies industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking and market research.
- Manage and grow relationships with wholesale clients, including retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Drive sales by promoting products, introducing new ranges, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent order flow.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and smooth order processing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer and order records.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the UAE and within FMCG, pet food or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
