Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in New Cairo. The Junior Sales professional will engage with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, building client relationships, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The role demands proactive communication, careful documentation of client insights, and a dedication to professional growth in the financial services domain.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in lead generation, sales planning, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn financial products, and understand market trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or other sales software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in sales or the financial services industry is a plus but not necessary for highly motivated candidates
