Sales Representative /Sales Engineer Specialty Chemicals
Job Summary:
We are seeking a young and dynamic Sales Professional with proven experience in Specialty Chemicals, particularly in Paints & Coatings, Industrial Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals, to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell specialty chemical raw materials and solutions to customers.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the technical and product development teams to support customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Additional Sales or Business qualification is an advantage.
Experience
- 34 years of sales experience in Specialty Chemicals.(Construction Chemicals, Paints or Coatings Businesses.)
- Strong exposure to industries such as:
- Paints & Coatings
- Industrial Adhesives
- Construction Chemicals
- Packaging Chemicals
- Experience in B2B industrial sales is highly preferred.
