Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales process, including identifying prospects, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve conducting market research, engaging in client consultations, preparing sales pitches, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes tracking sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. Comprehensive product knowledge will be critical for addressing client needs and developing customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills to achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Strong communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Market research and strategic planning abilities to identify and capture new opportunities
  • Technical understanding or willingness to learn about Silent Cracking Agents, rock splitting, demolition, and excavation processes
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales engineering or construction industry minimum 2 years.
