CreatorLab is a growing digital media agency that works with TikTok creators and live streamers to help them increase their income and grow their online presence.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy convincing people.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your role will be to:

• Identify active TikTok creators
• Contact them through social media (TikTok, Instagram)
• Build conversations and move them to WhatsApp or phone
• Explain the benefits of joining our agency
• Convince and onboard them
• Follow up consistently and manage your leads

This is a target-based role focused on communication and closing deals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Comfortable reaching out to new people daily
• Organized and target-driven
• Basic understanding of social media

Experience in sales, call center, recruitment, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
