Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Representative position based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, for the Delta region (Traditional Trade) at MediaTech. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with traditional trade clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product placement and visibility in retail outlets. The candidate will also be responsible for market analysis, implementing sales strategies, and providing regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively drive revenue growth and close deals.
  • Knowledge of traditional trade markets and relevant business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities to build and maintain client networks.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably within the home appliances or FMCG industry, is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
