Actively promote and present financing products and services at company-assigned locations such as clubs, universities, and schools, e.g.).
Understand clients financial situations, needs, and both short- and long-term goals to recommend suitable financial products and services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and terms in a professional and client-friendly manner.
Handle customer inquiries regarding balances, payments, account details, and service issues, while investigating and resolving errors or discrepancies promptly.
Assist clients with the accurate completion of forms, paperwork, and onboarding processes for new accounts, loans, and other financial services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum: 13 years of relevant sales experience (Banking, FinTech, microfinance preferred)
Strong knowledge of credit documentation.
Strong understanding of financial products such as loans and investment options.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide sound financial advice.
Customer-oriented approach to handling client queries and concerns.
Comfortable working in field-based roles at external partner locations.
Proficiency with MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
