Job Description

  • Actively promote and present financing products and services at company-assigned locations such as clubs, universities, and schools, e.g.).
  • Understand clients financial situations, needs, and both short- and long-term goals to recommend suitable financial products and services.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and terms in a professional and client-friendly manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding balances, payments, account details, and service issues, while investigating and resolving errors or discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist clients with the accurate completion of forms, paperwork, and onboarding processes for new accounts, loans, and other financial services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum: 13 years of relevant sales experience (Banking, FinTech, microfinance preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of credit documentation.
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans and investment options.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide sound financial advice.
  • Customer-oriented approach to handling client queries and concerns.
  • Comfortable working in field-based roles at external partner locations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
