K&K Trading – Egypt

A company specialized in the trade and distribution of coffee, coffee-related products, and supporting packaging materials for the HoReCa sector (restaurants, cafés, hotels, and coffee shops),

announces its need to hire:

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Requirements:

Availability of personal transportation (car or motorcycle)

We are looking for a professional who believes in excellence at work and in building long-term relationships—not just closing quick deals. Someone who sees coffee as an experience and a meaning before it is simply a product.

  • Key Responsibilities:

_ Conduct daily visits to restaurants, cafés, hotels, and coffee shops according to a defined route plan.

_ Present coffee products to clients in a professional manner, explaining technical features and quality standards.

_ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers within the HoReCa sector.

_ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with the company's sales plan.

_ Follow up on collections and ensure the implementation of the company's pricing policies and promotional offers.

_ Submit regular reports covering market movement, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

_Previous experience in sales is required; experience in the HoReCa sector or in coffee / food & beverage is preferred.

_Ownership of a personal means of transportation (car or motorcycle) with a valid driving license.

_Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with restaurant and café owners and managers.

_Willingness to work in the field with strong time-management and route-planning abilities.

High level of commitment, discipline, and ability to work under pressure, with adherence to professional ethics.

_Basic knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods is preferred (training will be provided if needed).
