Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in interior design, based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively presenting Qiyam's interior design services to potential customers. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, collaborating with the design team to align on project details, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Preferred to speak Arabic and English
• Demonstrated skills in Sales
• Knowledge of interior design concepts, trends, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients
• Strong call etiquette, including professional handling of inbound and outbound client calls
• Ability to follow up consistently with clients and leads to ensure timely communication and conversion
• Experience in arranging, scheduling, and confirming client meetings
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driving license is a plus
• Experience in interior design is a plus
