Sales Achievement: Responsible for achieving regional sales targets (Syria, Country I), and collaborating with distributors to achieve performance indicators.
Channel Management: Regularly supervise channel partners market scanning, opportunity follow-up, training and empowerment, inventory management, and channel certification. Focus on core customers and untapped areas, enhancing channel coverage across regions, customer groups, and product lines;
Opportunity Management: Conduct market scanning, identify market opportunities, and follow up regularly; supervise distributor collaboration to achieve breakthroughs with mid-to-high-end customers.
Market Analysis: Continuously collect information on the medical environment, competitor activities, and market trends; continuously develop new market segments to increase market share;
Marketing Promotion: Organize diverse marketing activities, such as in-hospital promotions, regional promotion meetings, new product launches, headquarters visits, and academic exchanges;
Market Planning: Develop long-term sales strategic plans with sustainable growth as the goal;
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in medicine, bio-medical engineering, life science or a related discipline will be a plus.
Fluent in French and English, excellent communication skills.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in reputed medical device companies. In-Vitro Diagnosis (IVD) experience is preferred.
Experienced in direct sales network with rapport relation with local KOL and Key Accounts.
