Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Sales Representative who is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting hospitality services and products to new and existing clients. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality market (corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and walk-in customers).
- Promote hotels or hospitality services including accommodation, dining, events, and catering packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits for potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in hospitality Sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
