As we expand into the UAE market, we're seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to close deals and build long-term client relationships across the region.
About The Role
This position blends a
competitive base salary with a
performance-based commission structure. You'll identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities, with a focus on services in marketing, media, technology, and brand innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new client leads across relevant industries in the UAE
- Pitch Division50's creative, digital, and AI-driven services to key decision-makers
- Customize proposals and sales presentations based on client needs and budgets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing
- Coordinate with internal production and strategy teams to ensure deal alignment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven experience in lead generation and selling digital marketing or tech services
- Strong professional network within the UAE market, especially in marketing, media, or tech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with a strong closing mindset
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Based in Dubai, UAE, with a valid residency visa
- Available for in-person client meetings when needed
