Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Markaz Sohag, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling MetLife's financial and insurance solutions, building lasting relationships with customers, and achieving predetermined sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting client needs assessments, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in time management and ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of financial services or insurance products such as life insurance and retirement planning is a plus
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication
