Position Summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties (nwmea.com) is a leading full-service real estate agency in Abu Dhabi, founded by some of the most experienced experts in the UAE market. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our growing team.

This role is designed for a sales professional with at least one year of experience who is ready to leverage our established brand, extensive portfolio, and administrative infrastructure to achieve high-volume transaction success. You will act as a consultant to our clients, offering life-cycle real estate solutionsfrom initial inquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Manage front-line inquiries to understand client needs, investment goals, and budget parameters, providing data-backed advice on suitable properties.
  • Portfolio Representation: Professionally present our exclusive inventory of residential and commercial units to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Lead Management: Actively nurture leads through the sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring high conversion rates through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Negotiation: Mediate effectively between buyers and sellers to agree on price and terms, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all parties.
  • Market Analysis: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate regulations, market trends, and off-plan project launches to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Networking: Proactively build a personal network of referrals and business partners to supplement company-provided leads.

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience. Previous exposure to the Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, resilience, and a self-starter mindset. You must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software.
