Sales Representative

About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Outdoor Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of solid field sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, conducting field visits, pitching our products/services, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate prospective leads through active field visits, cold calling, and market networking.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce company solutions.
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular field visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales (B2B or B2C depending on company profile).
• Transportation: Own car is highly preferred (with a valid driving license).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM/ATS experience is a plus.
• Fluent or very good command of Arabic and English.
