Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Dammam. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include presenting and promoting ticketing solutions, providing excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining detailed sales records. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client interaction
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and adapt to market trends
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus
• Previous experience in ticketing services, travel, or hospitality industries is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
