Job Overview

The Sales Representative Allied Products is a dynamic field-based role responsible for driving market expansion, identifying new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads within the assigned territory. The role requires proactive engagement with potential customers in key industrial and commercial sectors to strengthen market presence and support the growth of the Allied Products portfolio. The position focuses on aggressive market penetration, relationship development, and opportunity identification to enhance brand visibility and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Mapping: Conduct regular field visits to industrial zones, construction sites, transport yards, and logistics hubs to identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new leads to support the growth of the Allied Products sales pipeline.
  3. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain initial contact with fleet owners, site managers, procurement officers, and other key decision-makers.
  4. Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing trends, product offerings, and equipment presence within the assigned territory.
  5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, field visits, and lead status updates in the CRM system.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • 25 years of proven outdoor sales experience.
  • Prior experience in industrial equipment, spare parts, construction machinery, or allied products is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build customer relationships.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Mechanical Engineering background will be considered an added advantage.

Job-Specific Technical Skills

  • Strong business development and prospecting mindset with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and field visits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory).
  • High mobility with willingness to spend up to 80% of working time in field operations.
