Service Coordinator (HVAC / Service Sales Support)
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Service Sales team, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Role Summary
Responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, managing client communication, supporting payment processes, and maintaining accurate records. Ensures service activities run efficiently and meet company standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in service coordination (HVAC / OEM / FM preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent English; Arabic is Preference.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare AMC, Repair & Replacement quotations and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, Operations
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up for payments
- Handle AMC agreements, courier dispatch, and administrative support
- Communicate with clients, including Arabicspeaking Emirati customers
- Follow up on AMC renewals, repairs, project payments, and closures
- Maintain accurate digital and manual records
- Support walkin customers and manage incoming calls
- Prepare reports, charts, and required departmental data
- Assist Branch Manager with assigned tasks
