We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Service Sales Engineer to support business growth across the UAE market. This role focuses on expanding service sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering technically sound solutions within the HVAC services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive service sales growth and develop targeted sales strategies
- Manage client relationships, attend meetings & conduct site visits
- Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals & close service contracts
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC, chillers & cooling tower services
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts & reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the HVAC industry
- Proven exposure to chiller and/or cooling tower service sales
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred
- Valid driving license
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
