Sales & Service Engineer Upstream Chemicals

We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to join our Upstream Chemicals team. In this role, you will drive sales activities for chemical products and solutions in upstream operations. You'll combine technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills to support business growth and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new RFQs and identify business opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Provide on-site service and technical support to clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Support collection of pending payments.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 35 years in Oil & Gas upstream chemical product sales or related field.
• Education: Engineering degree in Chemical/Chemistry or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of chemical products and upstream applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
