Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Service Representative. The role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The primary tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, preparing sales reports, and ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer service expertise, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of sales workflows
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid work settings and manage time effectively
• Experience in sales or customer relationship roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
