Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist, based on-site in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting marketing and software solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and working collaboratively with the sales team to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Capability to deliver high-quality Training sessions to clients and team members.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and generate leads.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in marketing or software solutions is an advantage.
