Job Role:
As a Specification Sales Engineer or Sales Specialist - Building Materials, you will generate sales, build and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while promoting the company's products effectively.
Job Duties:
- Work towards achieving the assigned budget in terms of both quantity and value.
- Strive to increase the Average Selling Price (ASP) across the product portfolio.
- Review the budget performance daily, ensuring proactive actions toward achieving targets.
- Drive sales of traded items to strengthen overall portfolio performance.
- Collect and record project-supplied quantities for accurate sales tracking and reporting.
- Ensure product mix achievement aligns with targeted ratios for each product category.
- Promote product diversity across customers stores in line with the company's product mix strategy.
- Enhance customer profitability through optimized product selection and sales planning.
- Expand the customer database by adding new and active clients to support business growth.
- Track and evaluate each customer's target achievement on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor each customer's sales performance individually to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct a monthly update of the customer and project database.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction or building materials field
- Alexanderia Residents only
- Additional certifications in sales or a relevant field is a plus.
- Full understanding of the construction materials field and applications.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and industry standards.
- Owning a car is a must.
