This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and matching them with the appropriate products or services. Daily tasks include driving sales growth, maintaining and building customer relationships, managing sales activities, tracking progress against targets, and conducting training sessions for sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management.
• Experience in delivering Training sessions related to sales practices and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in building relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in using CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
