Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Indoor Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha. The Indoor Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our lighting product portfolio. Key daily tasks include coordinating sales leads, consulting with clients to promote Kandil Egypt's offerings, achieving sales targets, and preparing and following up on sales proposals. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and operations, are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with diverse client profiles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the decorative lighting or interior design industry, is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
