This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at the D5 Branch, located in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day activities such as assisting customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and driving sales to meet targets. Additional responsibilities include promoting products, providing product knowledge, supporting team efforts, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Capability in Training team members and supporting their professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site retail environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with homewear products or prior retail experience is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
