Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities within assigned territories across KSA
  • Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical or healthcare products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, physicians, hospital procurement teams, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct product presentations, scientific discussions, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to order placement and follow-up
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and company guidelines during promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or BPharm required)
  • 35 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within KSA
  • Strong network and relationships within hospitals, pharmacies, or healthcare institutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment
  • Ability to work independently while managing territory sales targets
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across KSA
