Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities within assigned territories across KSA
- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical or healthcare products to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, physicians, hospital procurement teams, and key stakeholders
- Conduct product presentations, scientific discussions, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to order placement and follow-up
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and company guidelines during promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or BPharm required)
- 35 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within KSA
- Strong network and relationships within hospitals, pharmacies, or healthcare institutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently while managing territory sales targets
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across KSA
