Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This includes providing excellent customer service, delivering training on products or services, and managing the sales process effectively from lead generation to close. Additional responsibilities may include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and meet their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining client satisfaction
• Experience in Training, with the ability to educate clients or team members on products or services
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business-related fields
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
