Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets. The role entails providing exceptional customer service, preparing presentations, and participating in sales training programs. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and manage account portfolios.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with clients and provide unparalleled support
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to lead Training initiatives to enhance sales skills and team performance
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
  • Experience in the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
