The Sales Specialist for the Madinaty Branches is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position involves managing day-to-day customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers in choosing products, sharing product knowledge, promoting sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. The role may also include participating in sales events or promotional activities.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and effectively assist customers.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience in Sales Management to meet and exceed store targets.
• Ability to deliver and oversee Training to team members for maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• A customer-focused attitude, teamwork skills, and a self-motivated approach to achieve goals.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
