Job Summary

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships and contributing to the company's expansion in the training and consultancy market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Track and report sales performance and forecasts
  • Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in training, consultancy, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Sales techniques and closing strategies
  • Lead generation and pipeline management
