Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, fostering strong customer relationships, promoting the company's products, and meeting sales targets. The role involves providing training to customers, managing sales activities, and maintaining excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team are essential elements of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer acquisition, and client relationship management
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively address client needs
• Experience in training and supporting clients on products or services
• Ability to manage sales teams and develop sales strategies to achieve targets
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with relevant software such as CRM tools
• Previous experience in the home appliance or electronics field is must min 2 years
